Tule Lake National Monument

Sometimes you have to take a few U-Turns to get to the correct location, and we did just that finding Tule Lake National Monument. We had a fun stop at the Tule Lake Fairgrounds while we updated our coordinates to get us to the sombering segregation camp. The Unit was closed on Wednesday, which I had noted before our adventure started, and I was so pleased to discover the official stamp at Lava Beds National Monument.

And we took pause at the Tule Lake National Monument to honor those that were so unjustly sent her against their will.
