Las Vegas

So fun to reunite with friends now that we are all vaccinated and safe to be out and about again! Jackie and I had a blast in Vegas!

Highlights include:

  • Staying at The Venetian in our King Suites

  • Eating Emeril Lagasse’s BBQ Shrimp at Delmonico Steakhouse

  • Experiencing the Green Salad at estiatorio Milos with hearts of romaine, dill, spring onions, manure cheese and their Milo’s house dressing (and the calamari was some of the best I’ve ever had!).

  • Riding the Gondola and getting serenaded

  • And getting Jackie some goodies at Planet 13

I am slowly getting used to being in the photo, rather than taking them all the time. I am inspired to be a breast cancer survivor and want to step out of my comfort zone share my story of healing in nature.
