Joseph, Oregon

Joseph, Oregon is one of my favorite towns in America and I am so lucky it is in my home state! I was so excited to share it with James on our great Reunion Tour. James had never been, so it was a must see as our final stop on our epic roadtrip!

Our first stop was at Embers Brew House for a big basket of wings and some ciders. Then we headed to The Wallowa Lake Lodge and Cabins where we lucked out and got the last rooms in town (I admit, I had to beg a bit as they were hosting a big event!). There was a big, fun, and festive wedding happening at the hotel, so it was super fun people watching as the crowd danced the night away.

In the morning, we set out to visit Wallowa Lake and admire its beauty.

And then we headed to pay our respects at the Chief Joseph grave site.

And lastly we headed back into town for a delicious breakfast at The Blythe Cricket to enjoy the enjoy The Deep Dark Woods Breakfast Sandwich.
