Domaine Drouhin

Rainy day wine tasting on a Friday afternoon is fun! Originally scheduled as a hike, after checking the weather James decided we needed an indoor activity. He scored a tasting at the beautiful Domaine Drouhin and we enjoyed five flights of delicious wines. Domaine Drouhin was the first wine I fell in love with as I evolved from drinking jug wine and beer out of a can. My Uncle Rob introduced it to me and then gave it to me for my birthday every year for many moons. It has a very special spot in my heart and it was wonderful to learn more about the winery. And this field trip marks my first indoor eating/drinking activity since Covid/Cancer … a perfect spot for my first outing!
