John Fitzgerald Kennedy National Historic Site

On day one of our epic New England Road Trip, I learned from an NPS Ranger at Boston Harbor Island National Recreation Area, that the JFK Unit was open and I could go there to get my facial stamp. I met the nicest two NPS Rangers there and was able to share my story with them.

When I was growing up, I had a JFK poster in my room. I have always been a super fan of his vision for America. He is legendary indeed!

On our last morning in Boston, I got up early to go explore his birthplace and boyhood home. I knew it was closed for renovation but wanted to see it myself and walk the streets where he grew up on in Brookline. I did take this cool virtual tour, so I got a feel for the interiors and the history. However, I will come back when it opens again in 2023 4sure to get my official stamp!
