Missouri

In August 2024, for Sam’s 17th Birthday, we took an adventure to Missouri. It was my fist time to The Show-Me State.. Missouri is beautiful and we so enjoyed touring around the state … with the exception of Tornado Alley where we had to stop for over an hour to wait out an intense storm

In Kansas City, MO we stayed at the Ambassador Hotel Kansas City. Next time we go, we want to stay near the Country Club Plaza area, so we will book into the Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza to be closer to our new favorite restaurant Jack Stack BBQ!

In Springfield, we stayed at Moxy Springfield Downtown. We loved this fun and funky hotel! The staff was so friendly and had such a cool room. Plus I had one of the most delicious kale salads that I have ever tasted. I would highly recommend a stoy here. Plus we got a quick glimpse at the awesome street art scene in Springfield and I would love to come back to walk around and take photos.

In St. Louis, we stayed at the Westin St. Louis right across the street from the St. Louis Cardinals Busch Stadium in downtown St. Louis and super close to the Gateway Arch National Park!
