Munich was our second stop on my first European Tour. We stayed at the wonderful Hotel Bayerischer Hof and we loved exploring the city … especially the beer gardens!

We loved spending time at the Hof Braeu Haus, the largest beer garden in the world … with fantastic pretzels. And our favorite beer garden was Brunhilda’s Place where we ate radishes on German Unity Day.

And we for dinner we had authentic Vienna sausages and the very best sauerkraut.

And the sightseeing is fabulous from the Angel of Peace to more beer gardens.

We visited the The Frauenkirche, the symbol of Munich rebuilt after the second world war and loved touring around the Promenade Platz.
