Sunset Ranch in San Diego Ride

Lola and I wish the owner at Surfside Ranch in San Diego could win a make-over show! She rescue horses, trains them, and makes her living by sharing her love with horse enthusiasts. Plus she also rescues llama, pigs, mini-horses, mini-donkeys, goats and more animals to create a fun petting experience. She has a heart of gold and we were so fortunate to ride with her. We didn’t know much about the ride beforehand, except it was a beach ride in San Diego. Then we learned we’d actually be riding to the US/Mexico border to Border Field State Park. Lola tempted the border patrol when she got too close to the fence to show off her horse to the other side. It was a beautiful day and a beautiful ride with a beautiful soul.
