Field Trip: Lake Chelan, Washington

On our summer Washington NPS swing, we enjoyed some time in Lake Chelan. The clear waters of the lake are indeed something and a sight to see. It is one of the top 10 most amazing clear lakes in the USA!

We had a delicious dinner at The Bistro and Ryder highly recommends the Bistro Burger. When we drove into town, I spotted their food truck out front in my favorite color turquoise and I knew it was our spot for dinner.

And we enjoyed the views from our hotel room at the Lakeside Lodge and Suites. Summer is busy at Lake Chelan and next time we try another lake front hotel, either Campbell’s Resort or Lake Chelan Resort Suites.

And in the morning, we took a walk around downtown and the Chelan Riverwalk Park.
