Sheridan, Wyoming

Every where I go, I always ask the locals where is their favorite place to eat and it is always good. So when we arrived in Sheridan, Wyoming at the end of our epic Montana/Wyoming/South Dakota roadtrip, I asked our friendly front desk local expert where to eat … and he recommended a sushi restaurant in land-locked Wyoming. I typically am skeptical of sushi in non-water bordering areas, especially in more remote locals like Sheridan, Wyoming. But with the other options of fast food nearby, we took the bait.

I am super happy to report that the Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse was beyond delicious and full of locals. We were well fed and met some new friends. So the next time you are in Sheridan, make sure you take the time to go to Sapporo!
